Can you give me a quotation over the phone?

We have many ways for you to get a quote, though it is much easier and quicker to get a quote over the phone to discuss with one of our team. What is the estimated drying time?

Carpets are left slightly damp after clean, and they generally take a few hours to dry off completely. You can always discuss the best drying tips on the day with the operator.

How quickly can I get my carpet or upholstery cleaned?

We usually try and fit you in as soon as we can, and aim for within 2 to 3 days from your enquiry.

Are you insured?

Fully insured.

How many times a year should I have my carpets cleaned?

We usually recommend every 6 months to a year. This is not only for aesthetic purposes but also for hygiene purposes.

Can you remove wine, tea, coffee etc…

These types of marks can be removed in almost all cases. We can never 100% guarantee as it does depend on the carpet and other factors. Please speak to the cleaner for advice on the day.

Can pet odours and urine be removed?

All pet stains and odours etc are attempted - deodorising is usually successful depending on the degree of contamination.

Can hot water extraction damage my carpet?

Each carpet is treated according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

What should I do about the furniture in the room?

We move as much furniture as we can. We clean up to and around heavy display units, wardrobes, and we clean around the beds. All moveable furniture is moved and replaced where possible.

How long will it take you to clean my carpets?

Most appointments last from 45 minutes onwards, depending on what you’re having cleaned.

Do I have to hoover before you arrive?

As long as the carpet has been hoovered recently, it is not usually necessary. Our machines are powerful enough to extract the dust from the carpet.

What methods of payment do you take?

We take bank transfer or cash on completion.

I work all day during the week - can you come in the evenings or weekends?

We generally have Saturday appointments available. Our first appointments start at 8 am, and our last starts between 3:30-4:30 to arrive.

Do you clean sisal, coir or natural carpet fibres?

No, we don’t.

Will children/pets be affected by cleaning processes/chemicals?

All our chemicals are British standard kite marked chemicals, so they are in line with British safety standards. In most cases, the detergents are rinsed from the carpets, along with your ingrained soiling spots and stains.
